The city of San Diego invites you to attend the Scripps Ranch Recreation Council meeting for the General Development Plan for Hendrix Pond/Aviary Park that abuts our community. Make your voice heard as there are many possible changes being considered to our nature park including an off-leash dog park. The meeting will be held this Thursday, September 12th, at the Scripps Ranch Recreation Center at 11454 Blue Cypress Drive, San Diego 92131. For more information, contact the project manager, Kevin Nguyen, at 619-533-7471 or at ktnguyen@sandiego.gov.
We have, unfortunately, recently received reports of vandalism occurring in our community, mostly to vehicles parked in guest parking, but also packages being taken from front door steps. Please stay aware if you see any crime in action. Do not confront the vandal, but contact police at 9-1-1 as soon as you can. Your HOA Board is actively developing surveillance and enforcement methods working with the San Diego Police Department to detect and deter vandalism in our community. We will work with the police to enforce the law to the maximum extent possible for anyone caught vandalizing any property. However, we need your help. If you, or someone you know, has been a victim of vandalism or theft, it is essential that you report the situation to the SD Police Department as soon as possible. They can be reached at 858-484-3154 or 619-531-2000. Without your report of the crime, our ability to enforce the law is limited.
Guest Parking Rules Reminder
With school back in session and summer vacations over, we want to remind all residents and owners about the rules regarding guest parking use at Timberlane II. Residents are not allowed to park in guest spots at any time. Guests are not allowed to park for more than three days out of seven in these spots. We have a very limited number of guest spots and they are for temporary use by our guests only. Monitoring and enforcement of these rules has been increased and violators are subject to notices, hearings, fines, and towing per our rules and parking procedures. If you have any questions, please contact Management De Novo. Thank you for your support to this for the benefit of all our neighbors. |
