If you're not familiar with it, check out www.nextdoor.com for an easy, free way to post things you think your neighbors would like to know about. When you sign up and enter your address here in Timberlane II, you'll be added to the "Scripps Ranch Village" neighborhood. This area is more than just the Timberlane II complex... it spans from Pomerado Road on the south, Hoyt Park on the north and between Appaloosa/Willow Creek to the west and Mesa Madera to the east. You can list everything from things you want to sell or give away, to things you want to buy, to lost or found items, to announcements of community interest or even questions you have about things in our community. There are currently about 450 homes in this neighborhood who will receive your posts. It's easy, free, and not too commercial.

A big shout-out of thanks to the San Diego city street repair department for quickly replying to our request to repair the growing pothole at the entrance to Caminito Doha at Appaloosa. We reported the issue on Tuesday and, by Thursday morning, the pothole was freshly repaired!
If you see a need for street repair, you can report it at the San Diego City pothole repair site: www.sandiego.gov/street-div/services/roadways/holes. Note: they will only fix issues with the public streets, not our community streets (i.e., Caminito Doha and Caminito Agadir) which are private. If you see an issue with these community streets, please report it to Management De Novo at 760-724-2001 or info@mgmtdenovo.com. Parking Regulations for Timberlane II are pretty easy to remember:
- No resident can park in guest spaces, the fire lane (or sticking out into the fire lane), cross-wise in a parking apron (driveway), or in another unit's assigned space. - No guest can park in an unauthorized resident's assigned space, in a fire lane, or in a guest space for more than 3 days in a 7 day period. Our parking committee and our contracted towing company are monitoring and enforcing these rules so that our parking spaces are safely available to our residents and guests. Please abide by these rules. Notices, citations, fines, and towing are used to enforce the rules and we don't want anyone to have to deal with these enforcement hassles. Thanks!
