Just a reminder that all Timberlane II residents and owners are welcome to make use of the Association’s newly remodeled clubhouse on a first-come, first-reserve basis for your social event needs. You just need to submit a rental application (here), along with a $50.00 non-refundable rental fee and a $100.00 refundable security deposit to the Management Company at least ten (10) days prior to the requested date. Any request made with shorter than ten (10) days notice will be at the discretion of the Management Company. Completion of this rental application does not certify approval, but you will be notified if/when your application has been approved and your reservation has been scheduled on the Association’s master calendar.
