There are several ways you can help make our community of Timberlane II the best ever. Join us on our monthly community walkthroughs usually held on the second week of each month (the March walkthrough is on Tuesday, March 13th, at 9:30am meeting in front of the clubhouse). You can meet with our landscape contractor and property management as we survey the buildings and common areas looking for projects that need to be done to repair or improve our grounds. Just show up if you'd like to join in.
Also, all residents and owners are invited to attend the monthly HOA Board meetings, usually held the fourth Monday of each month (the next meeting is on Monday, March 26th, at 7pm at the clubhouse). You can share your input on community projects, including any specific concerns for your home, as well as learn more about the status of various improvement projects and the general finances of our association.
And, please feel free to contact our property management company, Management De Novo, with any maintenance issues, architectural or landscape requests, or concerns you have about our neighborhood. Contact them at 760-724-2001 or by email at wecare@mgmtdenovo.com. You don't have to wait until the monthly Board meeting to bring up an issue.
Finally, we need volunteers with the time and interest to help out in a variety of activities and projects. Let Management De Novo know that you're interested in helping in some area and we'll definitely be in touch!
